Design Rational: Situated in the a very compact lot this is one of the tallest hotels building in the corner of Allandale drive and Gateway boulevard with easy access to anywhere in the city. The project is unique in a way it is designed to caters both the commercial and the hotel user in the same building with retails on the partial main floor and hotel with pool, restaurant and health and wellness center on the other side.
Key Features: This building is characterized by the contemporary commercial look of Large glazing at the entrance, metal details, masonry and EIFS Facades. With use of large curtain walls fronted openings, it helps create a warm and inviting experience for the hotel guests. Amenities include indoor pool, fitness centre, and event meeting rooms. At the street level, commercial spaces are created with an active pedestrian realm.
