Design Rational: Design a state-of-the-art sport, indoor recreational, and cultural facility that helps users with the widest possible range of physical and developmental abilities to lead healthy, active lives. It is one of the biggest western Canadian indoor stadiums and equals to four indoor full-size soccer fields.

 Key Features:  To connect the venue to the community and create a sense of spaciousness, the design strategy integrates the curtain wall glass facade with an attractive pedestrian-friendly street condition. Main floor retails has access from inside as well to give an ease to the visitors especially during the harsh winter weather.
